Exchange & Return Policy

All sales are final and refunds are not offered. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery or purchase (whichever applies), provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
  • Not resized or modified in any way
  • Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accompanying materials
  • Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase

All items returned for exchange are subject to inspection and approval by Bahja Diamonds. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or tampering may not be accepted.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 7-day exchange window. Once approved, the item must be returned within 3 days of approval.

You may visit our store or arrange shipping at your own cost and responsibility. Bahja Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or higher value only. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Engraved or personalized pieces
  • Resized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
