Most of our jewellery pieces are ready to ship. In some cases, items may be made to order, and production may take approximately 14–21 working days from the date the order is placed. Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in Bahrain.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through our trusted third-party courier partners. All orders are securely packaged and insured during transit.
Estimated delivery times:
- Bahrain: Same day or next business day
- GCC / International: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier provider. Bahja Diamonds is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive shipment tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled with the courier or relevant authorities.
